CHC HOUSING FIRST TASK TEAM AND THE CHILLIWACK SOCIAL RESEARCH AND PLANNING COUNCIL - LOW BARRIER HOUSING REPORT

In the summer of 2014, the CHC Housing First Task Team, together with the Chilliwack Social Research and Planning Council, contracted the Darren Blakeborough of the University of the Fraser Valley, to investigate homeless issues in Chilliwack.  The research team interviewed many individuals who were experiencing homelessness or who were at risk of homelessness, as well as service providers who work with this sector of our community.  The link below will take you to their final report.  The CHC Housing First Task Team will use these results to move forward initiatives to address homelessness in our community.
